UBC Women to Play Chinese National Team in Exhibition

Vancouver, B.C. - Basketball season is just around the corner. For the UBC Women’s team, they will get an extended pre-season this year. As the women are completing their training camp, they will go right into pre-season action with a game against the Chinese National Team on September 6th at War Memorial Gym tipping off at 6:30pm.

The Thunderbirds will also take a pre-season trip to Ontario to play a trip of games against the University of Toronto, York, and McMaster before they open the 2018/2019 Canada West Series against the University of Saskatchewan on October 26th.
