Congratulations to the six BC Athletes that were selected for Men's National Age-Group Assessment Camps:
Devin Hofsink (2002), Luke Howard (2000), Liam McChesney (2001), Adam Paige (2000), Victor Radocaj (2002), and Miguel Tomley (2000).
Athletes born 2000 or later were assessed for their participation in the U18 team, competing at the FIBA U18 Americas Championship in St. Catharines, Ont. from June 10-16. Last summer, the team earned a historic gold medal at the FIBA U19 World Cup 2017 in Cairo, Egypt.
Athletes born 2001 or later were assessed for participation on the U17 team, which will compete this summer at the FIBA U17 Basketball World Cup 2018 in Rosario and Santa Fe, Argentina from June 30-July 8. Last summer, the team placed second at the FIBA U16 Americas Championship 2017, held in Formosa, Argentina.
