Refurbished Nash Family Court unveiled at PNE

Vancouver, B.C. - On Sunday morning, the Nash Family Court at the PNE was officially unveiled in front of local press, athletes, fans. Celebrating Steve Nash's Hall of Fame career, the court is located on the grounds where Steve Nash led St. Michaels University to a 'AAA' Provincial Championship. After weeks of secrecy and preparation, the mural court which pays homage to the different stages of his career / steps in his journey through art, was opened by Isiah Thomas, Mayor Gregor Robertson, and Deputy Commissioner of the NBA Mark Tatum. After a brief press conference, youth athletes were the first to take the court and given a free clinic on-court by local coaches to give the first buckets on the new court.
