Vancouver, B.C. - This weekend, the BC Wheelchair Basketball Society is hosting a Canada Games Pre-Tournament ahead of the 2019 Canada Games in Red Deer. While the 2019 Canada Winter Games don’t occur until the middle of February, Team BC will use these exhibition matches as an opportunity to fine-tune their playbook ahead of the tournament.

Travelling to Vancouver for the two day pre-tournament are Team Saskatchewan and Team Alberta, both of whom played two games on Saturday with an additional two games to play on Sunday.


To catch Team BC in action before they depart for Red Deer, head to the Richmond Olympic Oval on Sunday January 27th for the last day of the 2019 Canada Games pre-tournament.


SCHEDULE:

9:30am - Team BC vs Team Alberta

11:30am - Team Alberta vs Team Saskatchewan

1:30pm - Team BC vs Team Saskatchewan
